Stronger Youth Brands (headquarters Little Kickers franchise system) is looking for an engaging, attentive, and resourceful Franchise Business Specialist to provide ongoing support and training to 35-40 of our Little Kickers franchise partners (small businesses) as they build and grow their local program operations!
This role serves our franchise businesses throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. We're looking for candidates in the service region who can work remotely and travel internationally as needed.

The Little Kickers franchise community is the largest provider of preschool football classes globally for children ages 18 months to 8 years. With over 330 franchises across 6 continents and 25+ countries, Little Kickers franchise businesses provide top-notch, age-appropriate football programming with a focus on developing social, cognitive, and football-specific skills aligned with kids’ key learning goals. As a community, our goal is simple: to create an incredible growth experience for the children and the families they serve – it's more than just football.

The Franchise Business Support team empowers our franchisees to achieve phenomenal business growth via program support and training, coach management tools and training, and leadership development while helping to ensure brand and performance standards and requirements are met.

The Franchise Business Support team empowers our franchisees to achieve phenomenal business growth via program support and training, coach management tools and training, and leadership development while helping to ensure brand and performance standards and requirements are met.
They’re responsible for:
- Act as a conduit/liaison between the franchise community and the Stronger Youth Brands Franchise Support Team.
- Provide 1:1 support to 35-40 franchise partners and their teams, offering performance accountability, Little Kicker Operations support, and EOS Leadership Development to drive growth and program quality.
- Virtually via email, phone, video calls and
- in-person via on-site visits
- Administer individual and group training
- Host and support training events, including creating and delivering content.
- Consult inter-functionally on projects and initiatives
We're looking for hard-working, team-players with:

- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, sales, business development, education & training, team building, or operations
- Franchise/franchising experience preferred
- Experience working with children ages 18 months – 8 years (professionally or personally).
Coaching experience preferred. - Strong business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for business growth
- Engaging and relational communication
- Passion for serving children
- Customer Service mentality, and proven track record of fostering positive business relationships
- Ability to travel, internationally up to 25%
- An ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high-quality work
